MCRAA dues paying members, please complete this form indicating who you are recommending to be honored at the 2nd Annual Unsung Heroes Awards Celebration. The deadline to turn this form in for consideration will be August 31, 2024. Nominees will be compiled and reviewed by the Fundraising Committee.
Criteria:
- Supports the students of Miami Central Senior High School
- At least 5 years of community service
- If an alumni member, must be a paid member
- Individual has not been previously honored
